I just installed update 1.2023.425.600 but when trying to use it, there appears to be no Unread Email folder like in the previous version of Outlook. I am using the Outlook application on Windows.

    Hi @Christian Jones ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Do you turn on New Outlook button?
And what do you mean about Unread email folder? As shown in the below image?

If so, this is different in New Outlook. We need to select Unread in the filtering options to use this feature:

    Hello Christian Jones,

The Outlook update 1.2023.425.600 has removed the "Unread" email folder. This means that you will no longer find a separate folder specifically for unread emails in your Outlook application.

Instead, unread emails will be displayed within their respective folders alongside other emails. This change may require users to adjust their email organization and filtering methods to accommodate the absence of the dedicated "Unread" folder.
