Your Azure subscription can get disabled because your credit has expired, you reached your spending limit, have an overdue bill, hit your credit card limit, or because the subscription was canceled by the Account Administrator. Anyway Microsoft Azure subscription and billing related issues are currently not supported in the Q&A forums, I suggest you create a support request at this link: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket/.
