2020年左右我买了笔记本，自带office，可能是365或者学生版，不太清楚，我用163邮箱激活了office，可以正常使用，2022年公司电脑换新，买了台式机，我用同一个邮箱账号激活了office，公司电脑可以正常使用，但是我的笔记本被登出了，使用office时需要登录，登录时又显示已经激活……陷入死循环。
诉求：1.如何笔记本的office使用恢复正常；2.如果离职，公司的账号如何退出病情他人不能使用我的账号
