Azure OpenAI failed to deploy customized model

Hi,
We're currently using Azure OpenAI to deploy a customized model based on the "curie" model in the South Central US region.
The model was trained successfully, but failed to deploy with no errors. It worked if I used the "gpt-35-turbo" base model.
How can we check what went wrong with the customized model?
