Defender firewall error

Question

We have deployed Intune and Endpoint and configured baselines and policies.

Now we stumble upon an error in Defender firewall issuing unsafe settings.
We can't seem to find what setting is causing this problem.

The firewall is clearly turned on as shown in all firewall settings but Windows notifications and Intune seems to differ that

Resently we uninstalled a thirt party firewall from eset prior to enabling the defender through Endpoint manager

anyone any idea how t solve this issue?
Users are driving me crazy with there questions about non functioning firewalls
