The Log Anlaytics API is returning different responses for the same query, and there is no coumn that is consistently unique and returned by the API.

Question

1. When sending the same query to the log analytics API, I get different responses inconsistently. Essentially if I send the same query 5 times in a row, half of the time the responses are different. I have a video of this behavior but am unable to add it to the ticket.
2. There is no column in a record that is consistently unique and returned. For pagination in our product, we require a unique identifier per record that is returned in every record.
