My full stack applcation is very slow.

Hi,
I have a full stack application deployed on your platform, and it is very slow, I don't know if there is another service I should use or anything. SO I have an angular application, served from a storage account, a postgresql database, and a spring boot application deployed on an app-service.
Whenever there's an api call, in the deployment, it takes forever to get things done.
Is there anything I'm missing ?

In general, slow performance in app service might be caused number of reasons some of them are below.

Network requests taking a long time.

Application code or database queries being inefficient.

Application using high memory/CPU.

Application crashing due to an exceptions.

Based on the share description, I understand that you are leveraging Azure App service to host your application and it is performance is very slow.

I would suggest you run the WebApp Slow detector in Diagnose and solve problems of your webapp to identify or to understand more why the webapp is slow.

You can also refer to this troubleshooting documentation to understand more on slow app performance issues in app service.

Hi, I am really sorry for the late response, I have tried that indeed but nothing really changed.
But from my point of view I think that the 'Network requests taking a long time.' is responsible for this problem.
And if I remember correctly I have to subscribe to an Azure service to fix that right ?

Could you please elaborate more on this statement what exactly it mean "And if I remember correctly I have to subscribe to an Azure service to fix that right ?" and also what are the azure services you are using to host your full stack application.

Are you facing that the requests are taking longer time on the azure app service? If yes, Could you help us with the last four digits of your subscriptionId, webapp name to check and assist you accordingly.
