Two issues when attempting to create a meeting in PA for Teams.
First it's not defaulting to my time zone, it should default to your time zone.
Second it's not finding time zones correctly. If I type in EST, I should get Eastern Standard Time. See screenshot.
Below is a hilariously large screenshot becuase this online tool has no way to scale it properly and assumes we have 72dpi screens when we do screenshots.

This is a by design behavior. We need to search with Eastern Standard Time instead of EST.

That’s weird, because that’s not how it works anywhere else. Good job accidentally making a more complicated design for no reason. “By design” implies there’s a methodology to how something is done, this appears to be negligence. So maybe not a bug from the perspective of the engineers at MS, but functionally it was not considered in the design process nor was it caught during the QA process, so it’s at least a design bug.
