Same as https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1194005/cannot-create-network-connection-resource-for-dev: while following steps from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/dev-box/quickstart-configure-dev-box-service?tabs=AzureADJoin#create-a-dev-box-definition and using a new Trial account I am unable to create a connection.
Solutions I tried:
- Upgrade the account to 'Pay as you Go', same results.
- Increase quota for Microsoft.DevCenter/networkconnections -> unable to find or add that provider/resource type in the UI.
