Since this involves 3rd party software I can't test it, we need to narrow down the problem and try some things.
- Will other accounts receive the email sent by this spark workflow? Or is it just this test account that can't receive emails?
- Change a test account in this spark workflow to see if you can receive emails?
- Regarding the error reported in spark workflow, I suggest you go to the spark workflow forum to inquire about the cause of the error, because we have not used this product and do not know much about it.
