User profile not getting email from workflow on SharePoint 2019 server site.

My workflow appears to work for users and approvers however when performing workflow testing myself I still do not receive emails to my “sptest” testing account. The account was created as non admin via Active Directory and then connected via our exchange 2013. Emails can be received to it but for some reason my spark workflow emails show an error when trying to send to the emails. It claims that the email can’t be sent due to an empty string; even as the test accounts can receive email from other email address. I cleared the cache on the browsers; followed standard protocol by running the timer jobs for User Profile Service Application - User Profile to SharePoint Full Synchronization and User Profile Service Application - User Profile to SharePoint Quick Synchronization. Doing that did not rectify my user profile’s connectivity issue.

I checked the user information in the UPS in the Central Administration Web Application, and typed it in manually in the UPS field and saved. I waited 60 minutes to allow the UPS timer job to populated its DB to the Contents DB, so the WF can retrieve the correct email address. This still didn't work so then I tried to run an incremental Profile Synchronization but it says idle.

    Hi @Tevon2.0 ,

    Since this involves 3rd party software I can't test it, we need to narrow down the problem and try some things.

    1. Will other accounts receive the email sent by this spark workflow? Or is it just this test account that can't receive emails?
    2. Change a test account in this spark workflow to see if you can receive emails?
    3. Regarding the error reported in spark workflow, I suggest you go to the spark workflow forum to inquire about the cause of the error, because we have not used this product and do not know much about it.
