Hey everyone,

I would like to add a hand free signature to a cell / column in lists.

E.g. someone needs to sign that the task is done or another example could be an attendance lists where people have to sign.

Looking forward to your help!

Cheers

Julian

    Hi @Julian Paus ,

I know what you mean, but unfortunately, currently SharePoint does not have this feature.

You can try the method in the previous video as a workaround.

If you want to use it, you can go to Microsoft Partner to consult whether it can be realized. Or go to feedback, this is the best platform to let us hear from you and make our products and services better for you and others. The more votes, the faster it will be resolved. :)

    Have a good day!

    Hi @Julian Paus ,

Can you describe your needs in more detail?

Do you want the effect shown in the video?

About "someone needs to sign that the task is done"

If someone is only a specific person, then you can put the tasks that need to be signed into the same list, and then use the status as a mark. When the status changes to finished, the flow will be triggered, and someone will be notified by email to sign.

Regarding "an attendance lists where people have to sign", there is currently no good idea.

Based on the above, based on the information I have obtained so far, your problem is more related to Power Automate and Power Apps. You can go to the forums of these two products to create new discussions to get more targeted help.
