Help converting csv in SSIS

HI Experts - I have an existing SSIS package that stopped working , and now after a while we wanted to re activate it, so we asked our vendor to send files and they sent us in a CSV file when i choose to get data from text csv and choose file, it opened like below

but the SSIS falt file connection manager is like below: and i wanted to have like below.

can some please help on how to get to the format i wanted please?

    Hi @Koudagani, Naresh,

    When you configure the Flat file manager, use the header row to skip.

    Hi Zoe- Thanks for looking but that didn't help , pasted the below output after header rows skip=2

    Hi @Koudagani, Naresh,

    Do you mean that you only want to keep the header and remove the columns after the header?

    If yes, you may use preview and then skip the rows.
