Pydot used in Synapse has error: "dot" not found in path

Hi,
I want to use pydot to draw figure, but it failed with the error: "dot" not found in path.
I have tried to install Graphviz and pydot package, but it doesn't work. Can you help me with this?

As per the repro, able to install required package and able to import all the packages.
We need to install both the python package as well as the system executable (the error trace is simply a call to the OS to run the system executable). The issue is a lot of python packages like GraphViz as their graph backend, so when you call something like this function, it fails on the same error because the system executable is not there. (FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'dot' or "dot not found in path").
