Azure OpenAPI Regional Rollout - UK

Hi

Are there any plans to rollout the Azure OpenAPI service to the UK?

I have a particular use case where data cannot leave UK shores - obviously there is no viable option at the moment. If this is the case how would I go about best mitigating this using the Europe region ? (some sort of obfuscation?)

Hi Hikirby,

Nobody except probably the product managers know when rollout to other regions will be happening and they're understandably not going to say until the complexities of setting up several new data centers have been worked out.

I'm in Canada and I have no issue creating a tenant in the US and using it, so you should be able to do the same.

Or if you have access to a demo tenant through a partner then that's another option.
