Cognitive Services - Unable to select Dall-e in model model deployment. GPT4 unavailable

We have cognitive services enabled & had requested access to DALL-E as well. However, we don't see DALL-E in model deployment. Only see text based models. Appreciate any help to identify/troubleshoot the issue. Thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out to us, the access of Dall-E model need a separate application which may need some time to be reviewed.

    If you just applied it, you may need to wait for the response.

    If you already received the response from gating team with a approval, but you can not see that, please share the application number to us for checking, we will help you to check.
