Distribution List permission issues specified sender

Hello Everyone

We are currently using a distribution list where only a few specified users are allowed to send E-Mails to ("specified senders permissions"). Now recently two of these users reported that they are not able to send E-Mails to this distributionlist anymore, though they are still able to send calendar invites where this distribution list is included as a member

The users have the permissions necessary (visible over powershell as well)
They are not able to send emails to that list over Outlook and in Browser
I proactively removed and readded the permissions in question and tried again

Do you may know what else we could try?

Unfortunately just that they do not have the necessary permissions to send an E-Mail to this distribution list

Normally the transport events would be like:

Sorry, I forgot to post an answer. The permissions have been activated, it just took 48 hours for them to be implemented.
