Strange behaviour of ADT Explorer Preview in loading twins image from model image

Hi,

i took note that in ADT Explorer Preview i can't manage model images using API in accordance with what kinldy was confirmed in reply to my question about it; so the only way is to upload them manually.

Hovewer, i've also noticed every time i open ADT Explorer Preview, also using different devices, it sometimes doesn't show images twins from model images that i loaded. It's a strange behaviour becase i haven't made any changes to model configurations. Do i check any configuration or is it a bug?

I appreciate it if you can share a few additional details so that I can test this from my end and see if I would be able to replicate this behavior.

Do all the Digital Twins have an image associated with them?

May I have the number of Digital Twins you are testing the image with?

Do the images fail to load when you change a query to regenerate a Twin graph?

When the image loads to fail, is it impacting all the Digital Twins or just a few?

If it is impacting just a few, is it the same Twins that always get impacted.

If the issue is consistent with a select few twins, can you inspect the images being associated with them and see if the size is larger in comparison with the others that could load without any issues.

I appreciate it if you can share the above requested information to help us better understand and analyze this issue.

it's impacting all the Digital Twins that have images: the same Twins that always get impacted.

If the issue is consistent with a select few twins, can you inspect the images being associated with them and see if the size is larger in comparison with the others that could load without any issues.

if it can be useful, I add the following information:

yesterday i left a session opened (I will not do it again! ) in a device and today morning i worked in ADT Explorer Preview using another device; in device with opened session yesterday, twins images continue to be there again but in the ADT Explorer Preview of device opened today, images weren't there anymore.
