Certification not showing up in my profile.

I have passed my microsoft AZ - 204 certification on 6th May 2023. I registered using my corporate email id. I have recieved an email to claim my badge but I cant do it using my corporate email account. I have linked up my personal email also. When I signin with my personal outlook email, I am not seeing my progress or certification that I have completed in it. Could you please help me by merging my accounts and also help me to download a soft copy of my certification.
