Issue deleting Azure AD

Hi

We have an O365 E3 subscription (not for profit) and I enabled Azure AD services to do some testing for a security solution.

The challenge I have now is how do I delete the Azure AD with killing my O365 users etc? Already been billed nearly £300.

I can see where to delete the Azure AD tenant, but looks like I need to delete users etc. I assume doing this will delete them from O365 too.

Any adive, much appreciated.

    Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A, from the above description I could understand that you are using Office 365 E3 subscription which comes with free Azure AD suite with limited capabilities.

    Kindly confirm if you added any P1 or P2 Azure AD trail to your subscription ? If not then AAD should not hold any additional billing.
