Is it possible to choose that people that are joining meeting stays with green button (active), while in the meeting?

We have a meeting every morning with our group. When we join the meeting, everyone appears as busy and then we have to change it to green button (active) manually. The problem, that we need to remind to everyone to change the button every time. Is it possible for team leader to invite people to a meeting with possibility to choose that everyone stays active?

    Do you want to keep the presence of the attendees available while they are in the meeting without manual setup?

    If so, I'm afraid it is not available for now. Teams will automatically convert the user's presence to Busy when the user participates in the meeting.

    You have to make it available manually.

    To get this feature more quickly, I have found a feedback in Teams UserVoice and you could vote for it. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers' feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
