Microsoft Teams Automatic Cancelation

I have recently set up, I am the organizer, of two reoccurring Teams meetings (one for every other week on different weeks). For some reason either just before (5 minutes) or right at the time of the meeting a cancellation notification gets sent out and everyone thinks the meeting is cancel, when it is not. Has anyone seen this before and know why this would happen when I am not canceling it? Thanks

    Hi @Derek Skipper

Does the problem happen all the time?

Did you try to check if there is the same issue in the Teams web client?

Can you provide details or screenshots of the cancellation message? Please be careful to override your private information.

To exclude the client issue, it recommends you try to clear Teams client cache file by following these steps:

    • Sign out on Teams > Quit Microsoft Teams by right clicking the icon and select Quit.
    • On your keyboard, Hold Windows key and Press R
    • Cut and paste %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams in the RUN then OK.
    • Delete the contents of the entire folder.
    • Restart Device > Restart Microsoft Teams > Sign In.

Hope this helps! Moreover, if the above is not your scenario or I have misunderstood anything, please correct me and provide us with detailed information about the issue including the screenshot so that we can better understand to further assist you.
