Add a new property for a user

I need to add a new property type for a user but I can't. Indeed, I already have information such as the address, the department in which the person works etc... but it is not enough, I would like to add more information such as the number of his access badge to the building. How can I do this?

For this you will have to create a custom attribute in Azure AD for users.

The Define custom attributes for user flows (Preview) lets you create custom user attributes within the Azure Portal, so you can use them in your self-service sign-up user flows.
