hopin someone can help me get into my email

ok i broke my phone ,lost access to the phone number and my gmail.because i was a super genius and had a password keeper but i never took down the password for the passworrd keeper. so poof goes all my passwords, 2fa codes i had gooogle authenticator on it also.ok i have a laptop that was signed into my email accounts but i left it in my dresser for almost a year and when i try to get into my email it saying something wrong with my account and wants me to sign in again. and i cant, it wants to send notifications to my old phone,google authenticator or my email.i am hopin someone can help me with the knowledge i am in need of to get into the emails without having to sign in again.i have tried changing the date ,was gonna restore the system but never saved a start point.any ideas?
