Windows 11 couldn't complete features

When I enable Windows Subsystem for Linux and Virtual Machine Platform then restart. The screen showed the message "We couldn't complete the features - Undo changes". Please help

    Did run the installation as administrator?

    First make sure your system supports virtualization.

    Look for "Virtualization Enabled In Firmware"  in msinfo32. If the value is "Yes," then your system meets the requirement.

    You could also Use PowerShell to install the features:

    Install WSL | Microsoft Learn

    Note: try enabling one feature at a time.

    I suggest you to enable virtualization in BIOS settings.

    Additionally, enable virtualization-based security:
