Publish Issue - Azure App Service not available within Publish Wizard

Per the attached image. I have an Azure account and have an App Service but when I sign in to my Azure Account in the Visual Studio Publish window I do not see my app service.

My steps to get to the screen in the image are as follows Publish -> Specific Target -> Azure App Service (Windows)

Have you tried signing to your azure account using already have an account option? post signing-in also are you facing the same issue?

Make sure that you are using the correct subscription in Visual Studio. To do this, go to the "Account Settings" in Visual Studio and ensure that you are using the same subscription that you signed up for.

Are you the owner /contributor of the subscription? If not, Go to Azure Search for Subscriptions Icon , go to IAM and click add select the Owner Role ( or Contributor) and in the next step add your Account ) , Save , logout and login in 5 minutes.

Ensure that your network is not blocking any outbound traffic that is required to access Azure services. Try accessing Azure resources from another network or try using a VPN to connect to Azure.

If none of the steps has helped to solve the issue and if you are still facing the issue do let me know.

Yes brought to same screen

Yes Signed in on correct account.

Checked and my role is owner.

Ensure that your network is not blocking any outbound traffic that is required to access Azure services. Try accessing Azure resources from another network or try using a VPN to connect to Azure.

Not the issue

I've also tried a full redownload of VS but get the same result

With this in mind can someone provide an option to do a screen share or can someone provide a contact number so I can actually speak to someone. As you'll appreciate, it is impossible to resolve these issues with your products via a forum such as this.

I have summarized our offline discussion and sharing the below answer for the benefit of community.

Suggested customer to create a new user in Active directory and assign contributor role on subscription and requested them to login to Visual studio with the new user.

Post the login they are able to create the publish profile and able to publish their solution to Azure webapp without any issues.
