Clients aren't updating deployment status

I have clients that are not updating in the console under deployment status. They all have the same last update time, and nothing on the client indicates there is an issue. Nothing on the management point indicates any issues either. I have checked multiple clients and they have downloaded and installed the updates.

StateMessage.log on the client shows:
Successfully forwarded State Messages to the MP StateMessage 5/10/2023 10:51:01 AM 3952 (0x0F70)

Received positive messaging acknowledgement message StateMessage 5/10/2023 10:51:01 AM 6400 (0x1900)

CCMMessaging.log shows that it successfully sent the logs to the MP.

`OutgoingMessage(Queue='mp_mp_relayendpoint', ID={474EDBE1-5483-44E5-A6C4-73A11AEFD29D}): Delivered successfully to host 'fqdn'. CcmMessaging 5/10/2023 10:51:01 AM 6400 (0x1900)

Doing a summarization doesn't change anything.

    1, Which steps the deployment status stuck at? Could you please share a screenshot for our reference?

    2, The deployment status does not update may cause by the client system did not complete the software update scan or the site server did not receive the software update scan status from the client.

    • Please help run a summarization for the deployment to see if the problem has been resolved. You can check offersum.log for more details at the same time, it records the summarization of deployment status messages.
    • Please help check WUAHandler.log to check whether scan is completed.
    • Besides, someone solved this issue by restarting the server, please try it.
