    Hi @Jake Sokol ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Do you want to add "+1" field to the phone number of all contacts?

If so, i'm afraid that we cannot do this directly in Outlook desktop client. As a workaround, we can export contacts to a .csv file and open it in Excel, then add "+1" field to the phone number column in Excel with formula. After this, we can import the modified .csv file back into Outlook. With this method, you will see your contact numbers are modified uniformly in Outlook desktop client. For detailed steps, please refer to:

1.Export contacts to a .csv file via File>Open & Export>Import/Export>Export to a file>Next>Comma Separated Values>Next>Choose the contact list>Next>Click browse... to choose where to save the .csv file.
2.Open the .csv file in Excel. Insert a new column after the column where the number is located, and enter the following formula in the new column. Then place your mouse in the bottom right corner of the current cell and pull down when the cross mark appears to apply the formula to an entire column.

3**.Overwrite the new data on top of the old data and delete the new column.** Save the file.

4.Import the .csv file to Outlook via File>Open & Export>Import/Export>Import from another program or file>Comma Separated Values>Next>Click browse... to choose the .csv file>Next.

Then you will see the contact numbers are added "+1" uniformly in Outlook desktop client.

    Hope the above help!
