Microsoft Teams call queue not visible for some users

Currently having an issue where certain call queues can be searched for by some users but not by others.

User A types in "Location Queue" and it shows up.

User B types in "Location Queue" and nothing shows up.

As far as I know there are no permissions simply to search for call queues, everyone should be able to. I tried deleting %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams and restarting Teams which didn't work. Kind of lost here.

Does disabling scope directory search using an exchange address book policy in Teams Admin / Teams Settings resolve it for you?

To resolve the issue, follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Teams Admin.
    2. Go to Voice > Call Queue or Auto Attendants.
    3. Open the call queue that is experiencing issues.
    4. Under Call Answering, remove the team.
    5. Click Submit to save the changes.

Once saved, return to the same call queue or auto attendant:

    1. Go to Call Answering.
    2. Re-add the team.
    3. Click Submit again.

    This should resolve the issue.
