Auzre OAuth application to redirect to ADFS

We've got a client who's got an Azure setup that automatically redirects to ADFS for all their SAML applications. The Azure login screen isn't visible to the end-user.

We're trying to replicate the same setup in Azure with an OAzure application. We've confirmed that the OAuth application is functioning correctly. However, when the end-user is firstly redirected to the Azure login screen and then to the ADFS login screen after they enter their email.

We've got a few other clients doing the same thing, but the contact who initially configured their Azure OAuth application has left, and we're unable to get their help.

Does anyone know how this works and if there are any guides that you can point us to?
