How can I fix this problem? could not load file or assembly or one of its dependencies.

Question

I found the message as below when trying to load data.

could not load file or assembly 'System.DirectoryServices,Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKey=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find specified.

And when trying to open file .pbix

Now I cannot use PowerBI desktop to do anything.

Please support and help me to solve this problem.
