每一次打开word文档都会出现这个窗口，无论是新建文件还是打开其它文件，尝试重装过和修复过office2019，但是没有任何作用。

操作系统win10

Currently, I suggest you close Office apps first, enter %appdata%\Microsoft\Templates in Windows Search Box, and go to Templates folder to find Normal.dotm, then rename it. (This file will be automatically generated when reopen Word. )

If this issue still occurs, please try following steps:

• Go to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Privacy Options, please check whether "Remove personal information from file properties on save" is ticked, if yes, you may uncheck it and click "OK".
• Go to File > Info , check whether there is the words of "Allow this information to be saved in your file" , if so, please click it to have a check.
