I hope you're doing fine,
I have a customer that's having an AD on prem sync with azure ad using ad-connect, i need to check the current sync settings :
What is being sync (OUs,groups..) and what is being excluded from sync?
The Sync directions (from on prem to azure, And/Or from azure to prem (which i think it is not possible))
The sync frequency?
I'm not very familiar with azure ad, can you please help me with this? which tools should i use, and how?

To see what is being possibly excluded, check the filtering options:
Sync is every 30 minutes by default or can be forced manually:
Sync is one-way AD> Azure however there are writeback to on-prem AD options for groups, devices attributes and passwords
