Azure keeps billing me after I deleted my account

Hi,
I'm getting bills from Azure after a free trial I had started on another account was over. The problem is I had deleted that account before the trial ran out. Now I'm getting billed and there is no way I can end the subscription as I can't login.

I tried to contact support but they told me the only way to solve this is to open a ticket. Unfortunately I can't do that as it wouldn't be linked to that subscription.

    Hi @Christian Anello

    You should still be able to sign into the Azure portal with the account previously tied to the subscription; all that's needed is a work account or MSA. After signing in, you should be able to create an Azure Billing support request by following these steps: ...

    1. Sign into the Azure portal.
    2. Search for "Help + support" in the search bar.
    3. Select "Help + support" from the search results.
    4. Select "New support request".
    5. Select "Billing" as the issue type.
    6. Fill out the required information and submit the request.
