Why do I see my mailbox again when trying to add a SHARED mailbox
I have an Office account but it is not an Office 365 account. I have a personal inbox and we have a team shared inbox. When adding the shared inbox as a new account to the Outlook mobile app it just keeps recreated a copy of my personal mailbox but at the top says it is the shared mailbox - it most definitely isn't! Can anyone help with why this is happening and how to fix it please? Our IT department at work cannot figure it out. Been an open ticket for 6 weeks!

How did you open the shared mailbox? like this?
I notice that you have opened a ticket, it's suggested that you could keep in touch with Microsoft for the latest support.
