Renew certification does not appear in the profile

I have passed the assessment exam for Azure Data Engineer Associate certification last month. Now I have noticed in Microsoft certification dashboard, it shows the certification has been expired. I do have email from Microsoft regarding "Congrats on renewing!" this certification.
