Hi to all,
I would like to take 12K Picture with Camera2 API, but it is impossible. Maximum it allows me is 4K.
There is a method to take pictures in 12K Without Android Intent MediaStore.ActionImageCapture ?
I would like to take a 12K picture without the user actions. After the user click on a button, the camera should open automatically, then take a 12K picture then close itself.
It is important 12K, the device has 12K capabilities.

- What is the API Level for your Android platform?
- Have you tried using
CameraXforCAPTURE_MODE_MAXIMIZE_QUALITYcapture mode and setting the resolution manually? Please refer to Image capture - setCaptureMode() , and Configuration options - Specify a resolution for more details.

I will try CameraX too, in order to see if it is working and I will return with a feedback.
In order to achieve 12K the device is using 3 camera on back, and with Camera2 it seems that is using only one. -
