I am having issues cancelling a subscription as i cant log into this. it is on a different directory but when i try to log in the authenticator app doesn't send me the code. this is running up costs for me as i cant cancel, remove payment or stop the services. please any advice
I would launch a ticket with support and discuss what is needed, if you can’t access the subscription. Make sure you can’t switch to that sub by click on your name in Azure, select Switch Directory, then select the All Directory tab, and see if it is there.
