hi team,

some customers are rejecting the reseller link as the GDAP permissions include the global admin and helpdesk agent role.

whats the drawback for the partner if the customer removes it after accepting it?

will i still receive on M365 rebates? will i still be able to open support cases on behalf of the customer?

and if im not able to open cases anymore. will the customer has access again to open M365 tickets from his portal?
