How do I restore sole control to myself “Some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization” when I am the only owner and user and admin account personal laptop

I am seeking the official Microsoft answer here please not a workaround. 

    I am the only owner/user/admin for my home laptop running windows 10 home

in settings in update and security I keep running into “some of these settings are hidden or managed by your organization” when there is no organization . No network I am part of . No company . Just me . How do I return full absolute control and ownership highest level admin rights back to me ?

    In Start Search type Regedit and press the enter key.

    Locate the following registry key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate

    look for the Wuserver key

    Right-click on it and choose Delete.

    Close the Registry editor.

    Reboot.
