Network Map drive stopped working for WebDav configured sites in IIS 10 which is Installed in Windows 2016 server,

Hi @snivas,
Did you get any errors? Can you describe the problem in detail? As far as I know, IIS does not support mapped drives and mapped drives cannot be used to serve content.

I have IIS Server 10 and running on Windows 2016 Server

We have one site which requires WebDav Publishing. and We added Roles and gave Read, Write, and Souce in WebDAV Authoring Rules.

The MAP network drive worked for some time and Now we are unable to connect over the Network MAP.

No Error we are unable to establish the connection.

When we try to Create Network Map, the Login window Poping up Several times even we enter the right username/password.

and

finally, it is saying Access denied.

That's a very common WebDAV redirector issue, so you need to perform some initial troubleshooting according to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/publish/using-webdav/using-the-webdav-redirector#troubleshooting-the-webdav-redirector If earlier you set up WebDAV without referring to Microsoft article like https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/iis/install/installing-publishing-technologies/installing-and-configuring-webdav-on-iis#step-1-enabling-webdav-and-adding-an-authoring-rule you'd better review what you have missed.

Hi @snivas, As Lex Li said, you need to troubleshoot the WebDAV redirector. Check the Windows Event Viewer for any related error or warning messages about access being denied. Make sure the appropriate authentication method is properly enabled and configured. Check the folder permissions to make sure the user account you are using to connect to the WebDAV share has read and write permissions to your website's content. Also, check that firewall and network settings are not blocking communication.
