Is it possible to select the access by roles to certain VDI by vpn?

I have create 1 VPN but I need that when connecting to the VPN, it depends on the user who connects to connect to one machine or another depending on the user, all the machines are in the same group of resources, would it be possible or would a VPN be needed for each machine?
