Might try manually patching it. To bring it current install the latest SSU

followed by the latest cumulative update.

    How to fix current issue?

Current server is set up using ISO file like "en_windows_server_2016_updated_feb_2018_x64_dvd_11636692". Is it a problem due to ISO file?

    Thanks a lot.

I've applied your shared update to the server.

Win 2016 server is still not able to do proper update, when I click update within server update, and does it mean I have to apply server update in the shared way from you?

Where to get newer Windows 2016 server update?

Where to get newer Windows 2016 server update?

October 13, 2020—KB4580346 is the current update. There are no newer ones until next monthly update.
