I received a security alert this morning and called the phone number. Had me control all delete and reset our Internet and all of our devices. Am I at risk? This was a scam?

As a basic rule you should never follow anyone over the phone without confirmation who it is and why did you deleted and reset the services? Did you know the person was it from IT or from a known vendor? I will suggest you reset your passwords and device authentication to MFA if possible.

Without knowing who it was it is very hard to judge whether it was scam or phishing. Stay safe.
