I'm being charged a high price on my storage account and I don't understand why

I've been trying to create a request for the support area from the azure portal and I can't find anywhere an option in which the support area contacts me so that they can help me, I only find prefixed options with answers that don't work for me and there is no possibility to create requests

My problem is the following, in the months of April and May I have been charged a high amount of $75 and $85 for no reason to my Storage Account that I use as a SFTP to save files, but I have only used 1 GB of space, and I don't understand why the price is so high, I need a person from the Azure support area to explain the reason and I also need an urgent refund

    @Roger Pineda

    Apologies for the delay response. I can confirm that there is a current issue with billing on SFTP enabled storage accounts. The billing and storage teams are aware of this issue and are deploying a fix for it. You should be automatically reimbursed for the excess cost. However, if you still need assistance, please contact our Billing team by creating a support ticket.

    Looking at blob pricing, SFTP has a cost of $0.30 per hour in the East US region: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/storage/blobs/ At 24 hours for 30 hours the cost for this feature would be $216. This appears to be a flat fee for every hour your storage account has this feature enabled and is independent of how much you are using the storage account (size, number of requests).

    Another storage feature I have found gets overlooked often that adds some cost is Microsoft Defender. Microsoft Defender adds enhanced security features which you likely will want, but may be another source of cost that was unaccounted for previously.
