Do you mean to create multiple different meetings with one Meeting ID?
This is probably not possible in Teams. The Meeting ID is different for each meeting, but the meeting link will never expire.
If you only want to use a Meeting ID, you can only choose to share the meeting link with a specific group of users before the meeting starts or edit the meeting in the calendar again. Because the meeting link never expires, the CEO does not need to log out and rejoin the meeting after a specific set of user meetings ends.
Meeting organizers only need to right-click Teams Meeting to edit the meeting and copy the meeting link. For more details, you could refer to:
