Schedule multiple Teams meetings in one day with the same room code

We are trying to find a way to schedule a series of meetings in one day that all have the same room code. The CEO holds an all-day meeting once a month, but attendees are split into groups based on the facility, they work in. For example, one facility will meet from 8-9 then the next will meet from 10-11. This goes all day. He wants to be able to send meeting invites to each group for their time period but wants it to be the same meeting code. This was easy to do in zoom using the meeting scheduler. The current workaround is to send everyone the all-day meeting and attach their schedule as a separate piece. This however does not reflect the schedule correctly on anyone's calendar. When setting up multiple meetings it generates a new room code for each one causing the CEO to have to leave/rejoin for each as opposed to just using one for the whole event.

    Hi @Michael Leeman

Do you mean to create multiple different meetings with one Meeting ID?

This is probably not possible in Teams. The Meeting ID is different for each meeting, but the meeting link will never expire.

If you only want to use a Meeting ID, you can only choose to share the meeting link with a specific group of users before the meeting starts or edit the meeting in the calendar again. Because the meeting link never expires, the CEO does not need to log out and rejoin the meeting after a specific set of user meetings ends.

Meeting organizers only need to right-click Teams Meeting to edit the meeting and copy the meeting link. For more details, you could refer to:
