What are the Certifications & Exams from Microsfot are useful for Business Analyst?

I am professional Business Analyst and Certified Scrum Product Owner by Scrum Alliance.

I have total 16+ years experience in career and out of which since last 7 years I am working with software MNCs as Business Analyst.

I want to go for Microsoft certifications and for that it would be great if you can guide me, if you suggest me which MS Exam / Course / Certification would be more beneficial in BA career path
