SharePoint Tenant URL

Question

One of our client asking us to change the default SharePoint tenant URL from the SharePoint site.

currently https://Atlas.sharepoint.com, we would like to change https://Atlas.isg-one.com

Can we customize SharePoint tenant URL?

Example: https://Atlas.Sharepoint.com to https://Atlas.isg-one.com

For example: you can change your SharePoint URLs from contoso.sharepoint.com to fabrikam.sharepoint.com . That is to say, you can change your SharePoint URLs from https://Atlas.Sharepoint.com to https://Atlas.isg -one.SharePoint.com . To https://Atlas.isg-one.com is not possible.

No, that type of customization is not available. You can only have something.sharepoint.com URLs. To use a custom url, such as the one you listed above, create a DNS CNAME or any other type of redirect from the desired URL to yourdomain.sharepoint.com.
