    Try Alt-Ctrl-Del. There should be "power" icon in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.

    This isn't a PowerShell problem. You should remove the "Windows Server PowerShell" tag from your original post and add a "Windows 11" tag so the question appears where the subject matter experts for that product can assist you.
