After a phone reset, I can't access my backup codes in the Microsoft authenticator app. I've backed up all using my microsoft account. But now it's not retrieving any codes. I've tried everything provided by the Microsoft Support team on Twitter. But they told me to want expert advice on this. So, kindly help me out.
