My asp.net page is hacked?

i have a newsletter subscription website running for years
6 months ago, my website received subscriptions with unknown text input at 1000 average per month. My website will then send out confirmation email to the email address.
my website input is also protected from Google recaptcha. How can i stop it? Now total unknown subscription is 7000 from 1500 different IPs at 6000 different email address. It don't look like abuse to a mailbox
How can i stop it at my asp.net page? Thanks.

You can try to configure the web.config file to deny access to anonymous users.
